The books on my summer reading list are great reads and should be enjoyed by all teens.  The list comprises a wide range of genres and styles including fantasy, horror, science fiction, mystery and detective stories, graphic novels, urscealta as gaeilge as well as non-fiction.

Recommended Reading For Young Adults Summer 2019 – Fiction and Non Fiction

The first novelist to win the Costa Book of the Year prize TWICE, Sebastian Barry, has been nominated as the new Laureate for Irish Fiction 2018-2021.  He succeeds the wonderful Anne Enright.
