The first novelist to win the Costa Book of the Year prize TWICE, Sebastian Barry, has been nominated as the new Laureate for Irish Fiction 2018-2021.  He succeeds the wonderful Anne Enright.


She’s best known for her Earthsea series.  She has won the Newbery Medal and the Nebula and Hugo awards for science fiction and fantasy.
